Why we write
Most of what we know came from other people writing down what they learned before it stopped feeling remarkable. This blog is us paying that forward.
We write about the unglamorous middle of running a studio: pricing without panic, tools that stay out of the way, and the small rituals that keep a team human. Nothing here is theory — if we haven’t tried it, we don’t publish it.
